Intensive care unit, is a special department of our hospital, located at the fourth floor of our main building, it is a health care facility that provide intensive treatment medicine, we care the patient with severe and life threatening illnesses and injuries which require constant and closed monitoring and support from specialist equipment and medications in order to insure normal bodily functions. We are staffed by highly trained doctors and nurses who specialize in care for critically ill patients.

Common conditions that are treated in our unit include acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS),trauma, multiple organ failure and sepsis.

Patient may be transferred directly from an emergency department if required or from a ward if they rapidly deteriorate or immediately after surgery if very invasive and that patient is at high risk of complications.
