The core philosophy of New Mowasat Hospital Emergency room is to provide adequate evaluation and treatment to any patient with an illness or injury who comes to New Mowasat Hospital.
The Emergency Room – has a triage system which includes the immediate assessment and priority ranking of all patients.
The emergency room staff continuously meets patients’ needs by providing monitoring during and after therapy and/or diagnostic procedures.
In order to determine if patient’s needs are met, several methods are employed. All patients and families can contact the emergency room doctors and nurses throughout their visits. The client data of each visit are entered in the computerized patient files. The emergency room caretaker always responds positively to customer suggestions, concerns, and complaints, and is always in the process of making ongoing improvements.
